Who these terms are between
These terms govern your use of novatorcoaching.com, operated by Novator Coaching, Inc., based in Marina del Rey, California. Using the site means accepting them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Coaching engagements are governed by a separate written agreement entered into before the first paid session. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the coaching agreement governs the coaching relationship.
What coaching is, and what it is not
Coaching is a professional relationship directed at your own goals. It is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, financial advice, legal advice, or a substitute for any of them. No content on this site is professional advice of those kinds.

Coaching outcomes depend substantially on your own participation and circumstances. No specific result is promised, and statistics cited on this site describe research findings rather than a prediction about your engagement.
Assessments and tools
The assessments, quizzes, and calculators offered here are provided free and are intended to prompt reflection. They are not validated psychometric instruments, and their results are not clinical or diagnostic. Do not rely on them as the sole basis for a significant decision about your career, your health, or your business.
They run in your browser and are provided as they are, without warranty as to accuracy or availability.
Scheduling, payment, and cancellation
Session fees are set out at the time of booking and are payable in advance unless agreed otherwise in writing. Rates published on this site are current at the time of publication and may change; the rate in your coaching agreement is the one that applies to you.
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be charged. Where Novator Coaching cancels, the session is rescheduled at no cost. Specific terms are set out in your coaching agreement.
Your responsibilities
You agree not to use the site in a way that interferes with its operation or another person's use of it, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, to submit false information through its forms, or to use automated systems to extract content at a scale that burdens the service.
