Novator Coaching is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you visit novatorcoaching.com or engage with our coaching services.
Information we collect
We may collect information you voluntarily provide (name, email, phone number) and standard web analytics data (page views, browser type).
How we use your information
To respond to inquiries, schedule coaching sessions, improve our website, and send occasional updates (with your consent).
Information sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
Data security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information.
Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time by contacting contact@novatorcoaching.com.
What happens when you use the contact form
The contact and enquiry forms on this site collect the name, email address, telephone number where you provide one, and the message you write. Submissions are sent by email to contact@novatorcoaching.com through a handler hosted on this website. They are not passed to a third-party form service.
Form submissions include the page you submitted from, so enquiries can be answered in context. Forms also carry a hidden field that is invisible to people and usually completed by automated scripts; submissions where it is filled are discarded without being sent.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how pages are found and used. These record pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, the referring site, and general device and browser information. They are not used to identify you individually, and the data is not sold.
A cookie notice appears on your first visit. Declining leaves the site fully usable; analytics simply records less. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, or use its private browsing mode.
The free assessments and calculators on this site run entirely in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted unless you choose to submit your details to receive the full report.
Booking and scheduling
Discovery sessions are booked through Calendly, which is operated independently of Novator Coaching. When you book, Calendly collects the information you enter and applies its own privacy policy. Novator Coaching receives your name, email address, and the time you selected.
How long information is kept
Enquiry emails are retained while there is an active or prospective coaching relationship, and are deleted when there is no longer a reason to keep them. Analytics data is retained according to the default Google Analytics retention period. Coaching session notes are covered separately in coaching confidentiality, which sets out what is recorded and what is reported when an employer sponsors an engagement.
California privacy rights (CCPA)
You can ask what personal information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what is collected and the right to request deletion, and Novator Coaching does not sell personal information as that term is defined in the Act.
To make any of these requests, email contact@novatorcoaching.com. You will receive a response within thirty days. There is no charge, and making a request will not affect how you are treated.
Children
Novator Coaching provides services to adults. This site is not directed at children under 13, and information is not knowingly collected from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, email contact@novatorcoaching.com and it will be deleted.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in practice or in law. Material changes will be reflected in the date shown on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
