Are these tools really free?
Yes. No payment and no login. Some tools ask for a name and email to send the full report; your details are not sold or shared, and you can use the on-screen result without providing them.
How accurate are the assessments?
They give a reasonable directional read on where your strengths and gaps sit. They are less precise than a validated psychometric administered by a practitioner, and considerably less precise than 360-degree feedback. Use them to decide where to look.
Which tool should I start with?
If you want a broad read, start with the leadership assessment. If you want something specific and fast, the EQ assessment takes about three minutes. If you are evaluating whether to invest in coaching, use the ROI calculator with your own numbers.
How long do they take?
Between three and ten minutes each. The EQ assessment is twelve questions; the leadership assessment and team health check are longer because they cover more dimensions.
Do I need to do anything with the results?
No. If a result makes a problem clearer and you do nothing else, that is a reasonable outcome. The tools are diagnostic rather than a lead-in to a required next step.
