Because of Silicon Beach, a big share of my Westside clients work in tech and SaaS. I also work closely with leaders in entertainment and media, creative and marketing agencies, and health-tech. These are fast-growing, high-pressure places, and they create a very specific kind of leadership friction. Often what people need most is a strong, honest sounding board.
