If you are not sure what you need yet
Most people arrive at a coaching site knowing something is not working without having named it precisely. That is a normal starting point, and it is worth a few minutes rather than a decision.
The free tools below are diagnostic rather than promotional. They take three to ten minutes, require no login, and give you a structured read on where you actually stand. If the results make the problem clearer and you do nothing else, that is a reasonable outcome.
Which tool answers which question
If the question is where are my leadership gaps, start with the leadership assessment. It covers the main dimensions and returns a profile rather than a score.
If the question is how well do I read and manage people, use the EQ assessment — twelve questions, about three minutes, results across five dimensions.
If the question is what kind of leader am I, the leadership style quiz places you against six recognised styles and explains where each one works and fails.
If the question is is my team actually functioning, the team health check looks at trust, clarity, and accountability rather than satisfaction.
If the question is would coaching pay for itself, the ROI calculator works from your own numbers rather than industry averages.
If you would rather read first
The leadership styles guide is the most complete piece on the site and the best entry point to the frameworks. What executive coaching is covers the mechanics honestly, including where it does not help. Is executive coaching worth it goes through the ROI research and its limitations. What coaching costs gives real numbers rather than a request to enquire.
If you already know you want to talk
A first conversation runs thirty minutes and is genuinely exploratory. Its purpose is to work out whether coaching fits your situation and whether you and Samira work well together, which matters more than credentials in predicting whether an engagement produces anything.
It is reasonable to leave that conversation deciding not to proceed, and it is reasonable to be told the same — not everyone who enquires is a good fit, and being told so early is more useful than six months of sessions that do not go anywhere. Sessions run at $285, every two weeks, typically over six months, in English or Farsi.
