πŸ’›

The Kind Helper

Spots who needs help and makes sure no one is left out.

🀝

The Team Captain

Brings everyone together so the whole group can play.

Every child has all four. The quiz is a playful way to celebrate the one shining brightest right now and pick one to practice next, one bedtime conversation at a time.

For grown-ups

4 ways to grow a little leader at home

1. Praise the try, not the result. “You were brave to try that!” teaches kids that courage counts, even when things don’t go perfectly.
2. Name the feeling. “You look frustrated.” Kids who can name a feeling can start to handle it.
3. Practice the Leader Pause when things are calm. Stop, Breathe, Think, Choose works best in a hard moment if you’ve practiced it in an easy one.
4. Ask one bedtime question. “When were you a leader today?” turns ordinary days into little leadership stories.
